The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, and obviously care about the animals. If you are planing to buy a certain type of pet food that is less common than say, dog food, you may want to call ahead because if they are limited on it, their animals get first dibs. Drew A. Amazing staff and great customer service! Lilly helped me with purchasing my first bunny and made it a very pleasant and easy experience. Unlike some other pet stores that overcomplicate things, pet land makes it very straight forward and easy to understand. Ps. THANK YOU LILLY FOR YOUR HELP WITH THE BUNNY!!!!
